There actually is a place called the Philosophy Bar in London, and I just started singing the 'heaven help my heart' chorus during a long, long shower some time deep in the Summer of 2013. By this point the band was just myself & Edvina Fahlqvist, so I recorded the drums myself & had no idea how it would sound until everything was added in the studio. Sounds pretty good I think.
